Terms of service

1. The service

trxvolt ("we") operates a marketplace for TRON network resources. Renters pay TRX to receive delegated energy or bandwidth on a TRON address for a term. Stakers grant a limited TRON account permission that lets us delegate and vote with their frozen TRX. Integrators use the same functions through an API.

2. Orders and payment

• An order is formed when you accept a quote and is paid by transferring the exact quoted amount of TRX to the address shown within the payment window.
• Payments that do not match an open order, or arrive after the window, are returned to the sending address where technically possible. We do not charge for returns beyond network fees.
• If we cannot deliver an order, the payment is refunded to the sending address. Delivery is complete when the resource is delegated to the address you specified; what that address does with it is outside our control.
• Unless you select "hold for the full term", delegated resources may be reclaimed before the term ends once they have been spent or are idle, and you are billed for the time they were delegated, subject to the minimum term.

3. Stakers

You remain the sole owner of your TRON account and its TRX. The permission you grant is limited to the contract types listed in the grant instruction; we cannot freeze, unfreeze, transfer or change permissions on your account, and you may revoke the grant at any time. Income is paid as described on the Earn page; rates are not guaranteed.

4. Acceptable use and compliance

You may not use the service for activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction. We screen addresses against sanctions lists and refuse service to listed addresses. We may suspend service to addresses or keys involved in abuse of the API.

5. Availability

The service depends on the TRON network and on third-party nodes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that capacity will be available for any given order; orders are refused up front when capacity is insufficient.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for losses caused by the TRON network, by your wallet, or by transactions you sign.
