What we store

• Order data: the TRON addresses involved, amounts, terms, payment transactions and their status. This is needed to deliver, refund and account for orders, and is kept for as long as accounting requires.
• API usage: request counts and outcomes per IP address and per API key, for rate limiting and abuse prevention; server logs are retained for a limited period.
• Partner accounts: contact details you give us, balances and a ledger of movements.
• Browser: this site stores the id of your current order in your browser's local storage so you can return to it. We do not use advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address.

What we do not store

Private keys, seed phrases, wallet credentials or signatures beyond the transaction you asked us to relay. There are no user accounts for retail orders.

Public by nature

TRON is a public blockchain. Payments, delegations and refunds are visible on-chain to anyone.
